Following the introduction of the new and latest Tier 4 restrictions the showroom is currently closed. However, the good news is that all staff, sales, administration and deliveries are working as normal and will be pleased to assist you, either over the phone, email or via Zoom with a virtual appointment.

Dear customers old and new
So here we are, Christmas and into the New Year. Quite the strangest of years for us all. It's been a year of adjustment. Trading in new ways but we have managed to adapt with a more positive 2021 on the horizon.
We express our thanks to customers old and new who have supported us during 2020 and adapted their shopping habits along the way. Its your support that has kept us positive and upbeat even during the lockdown periods - thank you.
Finally, our heartfelt thanks to all NHS Staff and Key Workers, without whom none of us would have been able to make it through. We hope you can enjoy some of the holidays.

The first lockdown during the spring and summer was tough for us, as it was everyone.
In common with most businesses, we didn't really have a plan for what would happen in the event of a pandemic! Obviously, we followed the rules to the letter, shut down, furloughed staff, waited, hoped and then we were able to open again established covid secure practices to help keep our customers and staff safe.
Now, we find ourselves back in a similar position. This time, however, we're much better prepared. We know how to trade in a Covid secure manner, how to help our customers through their projects in these unusual times and, crucially, this time the government hasn't asked us to close. As a supplier to the building trade we are able to continue, through a mixture of appointments and home deliveries, to supply the bathroom you need for your home project.
So, whilst not exactly business as usual, we are open and ready to help you.
All staff are available to you, whether that's Emma for customer service and order enquiries or Ben to look at your CAD designs, we're here and happy to help.
Obviously, you can call or email us as usual. Also, if you like, you can arrange a video call and we will take you around the showroom, looking at product displays, finishes, taps and tiles to help you choose your perfect bathroom.

A new bathroom is not an impulse buy. It's a big commitment, both in terms of budget and the time taken planning and selecting products. We advise you every step of the way but in the end, the devil is always in the details, be it the finishes, the tiles, the brassware or the accessories.
That's why, as you move towards signing off your plan, we can deliver samples* to your home just to make sure you're 100% happy with the choices you have made before you commit.
All deliveries will be made to a schedule, so you can be there to accept them. We will leave your samples or products either at the doorstep or a pre-arranged suitable location - a downstairs room or, preferably your garage - using all the appropriate safeguards and PPE.
It's all part of the service.
*Where possible... that is to say, where we have samples in stock or can request them from suppliers; tiles, taps, colour samples, that sort of thing - not so much a full cast iron bath! You get the idea, right?
If you are comfortable with us visiting you, we are able to conduct a home survey in controlled, Covid secure fashion and with full PPE.
However, if you prefer, we help you produce a bathroom sketch and instruct you how to provide us with all the relevant dimensions and details to allow us to start helping you plan your new bathroom.
So there you have it, it's not exactly how we'd like to be serving our customers but we've made as many changes as possible to be able to continue providing a great service to you.
